Papi’s Seafood and Oyster Bar Welcomes Trio of Top Chef Canada Alumni for ‘Papi’s and Friends’ Dinner on October 5

Beginning at 6 p.m., guests will enjoy a Prosecco welcome reception before sitting down for a dinner that will see the trio of chefs trade talents and courses during a culinary collaboration that showcases their respective styles. The menu includes such dishes as cauliflower panna cotta,truffle donut, mussel cannelloni, slow-cooked cod, congee with local seafood and ‘pumpkin latte’ dessert.
