Guests will taste four different wines paired with five delicious foods. Book in groups of two to six people, tickets are $25 per person. We are so excited to see some familiar faces and spread some cheer with you all.
With its roots in France, most people in the group knew that Petit Verdot is primarily thought of as one of the minor grapes in Bordeaux blends from the left bank and were surprised that there were so many made as stand-alone wines.
Roasting the cauliflower tames the bitterness and brings out the sweet, crispiness that makes it so appealing in this dish. Add goat cheese, and the right wine, perfection!

Silver and gold medals were awarded. The top two percent of medal winners received platinum medals, with one wine receiving the 2021 BC Lieutenant Governor’s Award for Wine of the Year.
