Back Door wines were new to me and so I am embarking on a journey of discovery. So we will start together and as I taste the wines and I will update this feature as we go along.
Overall, the 2019 vintage was a moderately cool vintage with wines showing juicy and vibrant fruit, crisp acidity, moderate alcohol levels and ripe tannins in the red wines.

This month, Winethusiasts are brought something new—wine-in-can! Drinking wine from a can in a new trend in the BC wine industry. Castoro de Oro are pioneers in this, being one of the first to produce wine-in-can in BC.
