This year’s celebration will bring together the culinary talents of Andrea Callan (Red Fox Club at Indigenous World Winery, West Kelowna), Aman Dosanj (The Paisley Notebook, Kelowna), Dana Ewart (Penticton), Christine Sandford (Biera, Edmonton) and Kelsey Johnson (Café Linnea, Edmonton).
Joe Fortes’ Valentine’s Day menu includes the West Coast Platter, Surf & Turf Platter and Shellfish Trio, dubbed their lover’s platters as they are perfect for two or for sharing with a larger group. Couples, friends and family alike can indulge in this menu, running from February 14th-16th.
Harvest’s CSA bag features a chef-selected assortment of in-season ingredients that can be used to effortlessly whip up an intimate dinner for two. Inside, you’ll find winter greens, root veggies, foraged treats and artisan goods sourced from nearby producers and urban agricultural projects, as well as recipes to guide you through the process.
Everyone – including vegan, vegetarian, nut free, and gluten free diners – will find something to love on this 3-course Valentine’s Day menu offered at $30 per person (plus tax and gratuity):

Diners will have the option of enjoying Tableau’s set menu exclusively on Friday, February 14th or on Saturday, February 15th to enjoy either the set menu or Tableau’s à la carte menu.
