Papi’s Seafood and Oyster Bar has announced that acclaimed culinary talent Jefferson Alvarez has officially joined the team as Head Chef and added his signature flair to the nightly dinner and weekend brunch menus at the English Bay restaurant.
Local food lovers can get the first crack at exclusive dining experiences across the city when the international online dining site known as First Table makes its North American debut in Vancouver on Thursday, November 14.
Beginning at 6 p.m., guests will enjoy a Prosecco welcome reception before sitting down for a dinner that will see the trio of chefs trade talents and courses during a culinary collaboration that showcases their respective styles. The menu includes such dishes as cauliflower panna cotta,truffle donut, mussel cannelloni, slow-cooked cod, congee with local seafood and ‘pumpkin latte’ dessert.
Open for lunch, happy hour and dinner seven days a week and weekend brunch beginning Saturday, June 15, Papi’s Seafood and Oyster Bar.
Occupying the space that was formerly Beach Bay Café and Patio, Papi’s Seafood and Oyster Bar is the latest project for the Viaggio Hospitality Group.
