We started with the 2020 Capella anf finshed the tasting with the 2019 Signature which was soon to be released.
According to the National Day Calendar, National Cocktail Day came into being in 2013. But as we all know the Cocktail has been around for a lot longer than that. Nevertheless, let’s enjoy the day and mix up something special.
I am breaking my reviews down into five flights plus one and this is a review of the final two flights, ten wines, of the afternoon, in the order they were tasted.
