Cruise the shallow waters and marvel at old-growth forests, while watching for wildlife and soaking in the tranquil surrounds. On the journey home, guests can pull crab traps and enjoy the resort’s Cook Your Catch program – Canada’s Top Chef Paul Moran and his team will prepare guests’ fresh catch for dinner at 1909 Kitchen, accompanied by seasonal sides and sauces.
