Dockside Restaurant in the Granville Island Hotel is pleased to again be part of this celebration by offering a menu which showcases the very best of the locally sourced West Coast cuisine in its spectacular waterfront setting.
The holiday season is all about traditions and Dockside Restaurant’s festive Christmas Day brunch & dinner buffets have become part of Christmas Day for many. After all, what better way is there to celebrate the season than sharing delicious food with friends and family, especially when Dockside looks after all the prep, cooking, and clean-up!
Executive Chef Zach Steele has created a new Sunday brunch menu which includes light favourites, casual entrées, and signature share plates alongside a host of new dishes to please early risers refuelling after a hike or run, and late arrivers reviving after a full Saturday night in the city.
Restaurant patios across the country are featured on this year’s list Ontario (50), British Columbia (30), Alberta (10) Manitoba (4), Quebec (5) and Nova Scotia (1).
New dishes have been created from scratch, Dockside favourites have been reimagined and rebuilt, and a wider range of delicious vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options have been added to the menu.
From 5:00-8:00PM on Thursday, May 30th Dockside Restaurant (Gold Medal Best Patio) and Coal Harbour Liquor Store (Silver Medal, Best Independent Liquor Store) will celebrate with the 2019 Spring Patio Tasting.
Dockside’s new Executive Chef Zach Steele will present a five-course menu to be paired with selections from Monte Creek’s portfolio of outstanding BC wines.
