Tall Tale Wines is a small winery that does not have a fixed location but sources premium quality grapes from the South Okanagan. Tall Tale, which makes fine wine in small batches using a completely natural approach, released its first wines in 2017.
About 200 CheckMate wine club members and their guests strolled about the spacious areas in the room that was set with wine and food pairing stations. Following an introduction while attending the Garagiste North – small guys wine festival we made a point of getting out to Lariana for a tasting of their wines.
Tacofino is the perfect fit for West 4th in the area known as Kitsilano, formerly the Haight Ashbury of Vancouver. I loved the way they’ve made the decor fit the neighbourhood and also that the same great quality items are on their menu.
