With glass in hand we entered the Culinary Theatre where the Culinary Workshops take place now through December. There are several options for the Dynamics of Food & Wine series where the professional Culinary team prepare dishes that guests will later enjoy paired with Mission Hill wines.

What’s happening this Fall at Mission Hill – Culinary Workshops

We are delighted to announce the return of our much anticipated Culinary Classes this fall. We have updated some of our favourite classes with new recipes and added a brand new French Canadian themed class. From Traditional Italian to Greek Dynasty, each class truly inspires, exploring flavours and cooking techniques with our Culinary Team that culminate with a wine paired meal you won’t soon forget!

The first Fall Wine Maker’s Dinner hosted by Water Street Cafe featuring the Wines of Noble Ridge – a review

The team at Water Street did an incredible job presenting 6 courses starting with a selection of delicious canapés. The following courses were wonderfully seasonal, fresh and local orchestrated to a high level of culinary delight. As always the choice of dishes were complimented by the excellent choice of Noble Ridge wines.

Just about a week left to enjoy September and I can’t think of anything more enjoyable than winery touring. Kelowna and West Kelowna have some wonderful wineries making excellent wines and there are a number of restaurants that are on my swoon worthy list.
