Throughout April we celebrate the bounty of BC’s vineyards with #BCWineMonth. We wanted to share some ideas and suggestions to help fill your home with wine, food and virtual friends so that you can uncork the sun at home this Easter.
Each dinner will celebrate seasonally-influenced menus centered around the bounty of the Vancouver seafood scene, while showcasing wines from some of Oliver Osoyoos’ most prestigious winemakers.
A partnership between Oliver Osoyoos Winery Country, Sun Peaks Grand Hotel & Conference Centre and Sun Peaks Resort, the festival brings together winemakers from BC’s most award-winning wine region to the mountains for a weekend of creative, fun and educational events, all paired with the legendary food and hospitality of the Sun Peaks Grand and Sun Peaks Resort culinary teams.

Due to the immense popularity of the annual Half Corked Marathon, organizers have announced an increase in capacity for the 2019 event, and will be releasing 100 “OMG” tickets on Tuesday March 12 at 9am.
Our tastings are always done blind (bottles wrapped in brown paper bags). All we knew was that founding member Wayne Meadows, organized a flight of Cabernet Franc from BC, Washington and France and that the wines were from vintages 2009 – 2012.
