Hawksworth Restaurant is thrilled to announce that the launch of Hawksworth The Cookbook will be accompanied by a weekly dinner series with Chef David Hawksworth, featuring some of the stand out recipes from the highly praised book.
Versatile and sometimes divisive, everyone has their own preferred method of how to serve potatoes – from mashed, to baked, scalloped, loaded, or even chopped up and fried, potatoes have proven themselves to be the true hero of the dinner plate.
“In this series I’ll share which B.C. wine pairs best with select recipes from the best chefs in B.C.” This week we are featuring a recipe of a main dish from the Averill Creek Wine Dinner hosted by the Courtney Room in the Magnolia Hotel & Spa, Victoria.
With a new autumn themed menu that includes fresh honey from our winery bees, and garlic themed dishes during the virtual garlic festival, guests are welcome to celebrate the harvest with us at Terrafina.
