Victoria’s The Courtney Room will host three wine dinners, celebrating the best of boutique British Columbia wines, with delicious menus from chefs de cuisine Chris Klassen and Brian Tesolin.
Once again April will be celebrated as BC Wine Month. The BCWI is currently developing a multi-layered marketing campaign to engage industry and consumers throughout British Columbia to be actively involved.
Ancora Waterfront Dining and Patio Executive Chef Ricardo Valverde and Ancora False Creek Chef de Cuisine Raimund Heuser will pair their signature Peruvian-Japanese ‘Nikkei’ style of cuisine with an array of Portugal’s most celebrated wines when the restaurant hosts a one-night-only wine dinner at their False Creek location on Tuesday, April 2.
Summerland’s Okanagan Crush Pad, which opened in 2011, has long been a facility which smaller producers utilized to get their wines made and bottled. In addition, they also made their own wines under the Haywire label. Over the years, they added the Narrative series and more recently the Free Form label. Why three different brands?
