This is the second of four wines from il Molino di Grace that I will be reviewing. The wine I was sharing with friends is a 100% Sangiovese grape 2017 il Molino di Grace Chianti Classico Reserva.
Medium light rose petal pink. Aromas of fresh raspberries and apricot combine with an enticing hint of blood orange. Enjoy as a light, fresh opener to an evening or as a stand-alone aperitif.
This is an exceptionally lovely wine that is very drinkable on its own or paired with an inspiring dish. For those of you having your traditional Easter dinner on Monday I highly recommend this delightful Sauvignon Blanc from Church and State.
