The celebration in support of wild BC salmon, commercial fishers, and a healthy seafood choice is especially important to showcase the versatility of salmon.
This year, the Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World – in its fourth edition – will take place from November, 18 to 24. The event aims at promoting Italy’s agri-food industry and the tradition of high-quality food and wine which is a key aspect of the Italian identity and culture.
Some of Vancouver’s top culinary talents will come together at Chambar Restaurant on Monday, August 12 to promote and encourage gender equality within the hospitality industry.
