The countdown is on! In just over one week, some 400 plus restaurants, grocery stores and seafood suppliers will be serving up delicious offerings with proceeds supporting the not-for-profit Ocean Wise Seafood program.

From February 1 through 28, Naramata Inn will join 36 restaurants across the country by offering a delicious seafood chowder for the inaugural National Chowder Chowdown Festival.

With the end of summer comes the launch of a monthly four-course Chef’s Catch dinner series at Coquille Fine Seafood. The 18-seat communal table dinner will take place the 3rd Thursday of each month starting on September 19th and will focus on a different Ocean Wise and seasonal seafood or shellfish each month.

Every Thursday will have a different focus and flavour based on the product and the personality of the invited guest or the product being featured with the aim of providing a fun and informal experience to unwind after work or before dinner.
BC’s largest outdoor wine and food festival, the 2019 event will see more than 50 wineries from Kelowna to Osoyoos in attendance showcasing their summer favourites, including new 2018 releases which have been described as excellent quality with pure, classic fruit expression.
