Chef Michael Pagnacco, the new Executive Chef of Fairmont Waterfront. Born and raised in Ontario, Canada, Chef Pagnacco was lured into the kitchen at an early age. His fascination with cooking and travel continued to blossom, and he knew a career in the culinary field was his calling.
Tacofino is the perfect fit for West 4th in the area known as Kitsilano, formerly the Haight Ashbury of Vancouver. I loved the way they’ve made the decor fit the neighbourhood and also that the same great quality items are on their menu.
Bells and Whistles is lacing up the skates and adding big-screen NHL hockey and Sunday night movies, seven-days-a-week Happy Hours (early and late) and new food and local craft beer selections to the rotation at the Fraserhood hotspot.

The Salty Cabbage story starts on Denman St. where founder Kailyn Chun worked at Ma Dang Goul Korean restaurant, where she spent her days making kimchi which slowly built a fan base who would drive from across the Lower Mainland to buy kimchi to take home with them
Join us on Thursday October 17th at 6:30pm for our monthly Chef’s Catch Dinner with each menu focusing on a different Ocean Wise and seasonal seafood or shellfish.
The warm and cozy flavours of fall have made its way to Ladurée’s tea salon at 1141 Robson Street with the launch of several new desserts: the Ladurée Pumpkin Tart by executive pastry chef Mickael De Monte; a Praline Hazelnut Gateau; Gourmet Macaron Pear Caramel; and Gourmet Macaron Mont Blanc(chestnut).
From now until October 31st, the restaurant will offer a Fall Harvest Menu that features the best of BC.
