During the festival, we’re offering an exclusive three-course set menu with choices such as albacore tuna (white navy bean, compressed celery, tonnato parsley, za’atar crisp), ling cod (sunchoke curry, fermented rutabaga, braised hazelnuts), and house made rigatoni (caramelized cauliflower and cashew fondue preserved lemon, calabrian chili sofrito) for $45 plus tax and gratuity. Wine pairings are also available for an additional charge.

Provence’s three-course DOVF Menu is great value at only $45 with an optional all-British Columbia wine pairing for each course created by Wine Director Joshua Carlson. The wine pairing comes in two sizes – regular for $25 and petit pour for $15. Wines are also available individually if you do not wish to indulge in all of them. Partial proceeds from the event will help support the BC Hospitality Foundation, which supports those in the province’s hospitality industry facing financial crisis due to health issues.
