Fans of BC wines may or may not already be aware of this, but in July of this year, Ron and Shelley Mayert bought TIME Winery, Evolve Cellars, and McWatters Collection.
We craft our wines using grapes grown here in the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia. Nature guides our decisions on which grape varieties are best suited to which site.
TIME is Penticton’s downtown urban winery. Located in a former movie theatre on Martin Street, this winery is a very popular tourist attraction.
TIME Winery, Evolve Cellars, and McWatters Collection have been sold, to Five Vines Cellars, the private family owned business of Ron and Shelley Mayert as of July 1, 2020.
