Up above the city in the Reflections Garden Terrace in the Rosewood Hotel Georgia we were treated to the always exceptional line-up of wines from Tantalus. An opportunity to meet owner Eric Savics, chat with winemaker David Paterson and catch-up on what’s new with winery manager Stephanie Mosley.

The evening was hosted by the team at Hillside Winery, paired with Water Street’s own Sous Chef Jon Chang wine dinner menu. Each dish was crafted to pair perfectly with each Hillside wine selection.
This Vanessa Vineyard wine dinner hosted by Glowbal was one of the best wine dinners I have ever attended. The dishes were marvellous and the pairings absolutely perfect.

Every year wine lovers look forward to the Okanagan Falls Winery Association Spring Release Tasting. One of the hallmarks of this event is the choosing of the “featured” wine varietal, this year that distinction goes to “Meritage”.
At Provence Marinaside it was titled Goût de France and you were transported via a culinary journey directly to France. The restaurant was filled with happy diners excited to partake in this celebration of #GoodFrance #GoûtdeFrance.
