Dockside’s new Executive Chef Zach Steele will present a five-course menu to be paired with selections from Monte Creek’s portfolio of outstanding BC wines.
The first B.C. Tasting Games tournament took place on April 23rd at Terrafina Restaurant in Oliver, BC. On stage, Severine Pinte, winemaker at Le Vieux Pin and La Stella took on David Paterson, general manager and winemaker at Tantalus, and Wes Hunter, the beverage manager from Raudz Creative Concepts.
Held monthly from May to August, Savour the Sun at Nita Lake Lodge will celebrate the best seasonal and farm fresh ingredients, while showcasing wines from some of British Columbia’s most prestigious winemakers.
