Summer Fresh Launches its “Street Food” Inspired Heat’N Eat Bowls

Summer Fresh’s team of culinary experts worked closely with globally trained chefs to bring consumers authentic tasting Street Food-inspired dishes from around the world, straight to their home.

#ThisWineThatDish | Moon Curser Syrah | Sweet & Spicy Grilled Vegetables

With this wonderful summer weather BBQ fare is king and this easy recipe is versatile and gives several options for ingredients, you’ve going to love it. Of course, like any good meal, the wine selection is key. For this dish with it’s mix of flavours and textures I chose a deliciously, slightly peppery Syrah from Moon Curser.

#ThisWineThatDish | Fort Berens Pinot Noir | Sheet-pan Pork Sausage Meatballs

This light and deliciously juicy Pinot Noir was the perfect pairing for the mix of flavours in this dish. Fresh from the market Zucchini, fresh and flavourful garden tomatoes, toasted parmesan cheese.

#ThisWineThatDish with Roche Wines | Mushroom Soup

Château 2017 is the second vintage of a new trandition of Grand Vin. Aged 18 months in 50% new French oak. Unfined and unfiltered.

#BCWineGoals | Eau Vivre Cinq Blanc | Sheet Pan Bake with Broccolini

Here is my interpretation of the recipe (you can find the original at NYTCooking.com). As usual I take great liberties with the recipe, this time mainly by adding a few ingredients and leaving a few off.

#TasteofThursday Caramelized cipollini tartlets paired with Beaufort Winery’s 2018 Ça Beautage

Beaufort and Clever Crow were kind enough to share this recipe from their vegetarian, long table, wine dinner. It was a small, initimate affair and those lucky enough to garner a seat raved about their experience.
