The evening started with one of my #FavouriteThings, a glass of 2018 Distraction Frizzante from The View Winery & Vineyard a bubbly that is a perfect blend of acidity and tartness with a delightful flavour profile of strawberries
The Wine Oscar for the Best Oenologist of the Year was established in 1999 and is awarded by the Academy for Oscars for particular professional merits that have emerged during the candidate’s work. After the death of the great master Giacomo Tachis, his name was added to Oscar prize, in memory of this unforgettable professional author of wines that have marked the history of wine-growing Italy in the world.
We have carefully selected some incredible wines that say Passion! this Valentine’s Day. More than a jug of wine, a loaf of bread and thou! We think these wines will make your blood pump and your toes curl, of course it helps if you have someone special to share your passion with but we can only make suggestions on wine pairing with our personal recommendations, other pairings are up to you!
Romance! How do you define romance? The Oxford Dictionary defines romance as: A feeling of excitement and mystery associated with love. We think we can add to the excitement and take the mystery out of which wine to share with your Valentine.
Just like their regular menu Dine Out includes many favourites and West Coast inspired dishes. Dinner offers a three course menu for $35. but there are also some great add-ons for an additional $5 or $10 that really elevate your dining experience.

One thing for sure if you are planning to go out for DINE OUT! you may not be prepared to sort through over 300 restaurants that are participating this year. Guess what? You don’t have to. A fun loving group of foodie media met last night at ChiCha and we had just the best time and the best food!
