The new menu follows the lead of the restaurant’s Fall Game and Mushroom Menu that was offered for a limited run last November and further underscores Chef Ian McHale and his culinary team’s philosophy of showcasing the wide array of fresh ingredients provided by local forests, farms and fields in five unique dishes.
Wildebeest will host a second edition of the previously sold-out ‘Pink Links’ Sausage and Rosé Party in their popular Gastown restaurant on Thursday, May 23 at 7 p.m.

Wildebeest Executive Chef Ian McHale will reunite with a like-minded culinary colleague who shares his philosophy of incorporating locally sourced, seasonal ingredients when he welcomes Chef de Cuisine Ron McKinlay of Toronto’s critically acclaimed Canoe for a collaborative dinner at the Gastown hotspot on Monday, April 8.

Dine Out Vancouver Festival – The Grand Tasting was an opportunity to taste bites from fourteen local restaurants that are participating in Dine Out Vancouver Festival which begins today and runs through February 4th. Alongside the culinary stations was a representation of BC wineries. This included 27 wineries, four breweries, cideries and distillers. So basically two stations of libations for every culinary station.
