For the next 6 weeks, Chef Castro & Team have created Tasting menus alongside our regular Take & Bake menu. These menus are designed for you to look forward to some of the good things in life.
The wine-paired tasting menu inspired by the fundraising dinner will be offered in the L’Abattoir dining room on Tuesday, March 31st and Wednesday, April 1.
With an emphasis on fresh, locally sourced cuisine this is the domain of Executive Chef Shaun Snelling. In the year that Snelling has been at the helm of this iconic dining room changes have come about with a nod to tradition and an eye to the appeal of local, haute cuisine while retaining favourite dishes.
